چکیده

ObjectivesPrevious reports on association of autoantibodies with histological severity in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) have revealed inconsistent results. Therefore, this study was undertaken to find the impact NAFLD.MethodsAll cases diagnosis NAFLD during January 2016 2021 were included study. Laboratory parameters recorded, and assessment done. The positivity autoimmune markers defined as presence either antinuclear antibody (ANA; titer >1:80), anti-smooth muscle antibodies (ASMA), or anti-liver-kidney-microsomal (LKM-1; >1:40). Serum levels CK18 - M30 PIIINP evaluated assess subtle changes necroinflammatory activity fibrosis liver.ResultsAutoantibodies present 281/683 (41.1%, 95% CI 37.4–44.9) patients.
